Is your site secure?
Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.
Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?
No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.

What is your shipping policy?
Shipping to Canada and the United States is included for my art on paper and for all canvas and wood panel art with a width or length dimension 8 inches (50 cm) or less. For larger canvases shipping costs will run between 50$ and $90 depending on size and destination. Most of my art is mailed through Canada Post however the services of Fed Ex or UPS are also used at times for larger pieces.
When you make a purchase from my website I will ensure your piece of work is mailed out within 5-7 business days following payment, unless it is a custom piece. Allow 7-21 days for shipping depending on where in the world you live.
I am not responsible for any package which has not been delivered. It is therefore recommended you include your phone number at the time of checkout or email it to me at email@example.com. This will allow the post office or delivery service to contact you if necessary.
For collecters who live in the Ottawa, Ontario area arrangements can be made for me to deliver it to you.
Are there any additional costs?
There may be as many countries charge additional costs related to customs, duties, and/or taxes. It is your responsiblity to look into tese possible charges and fees. I am not responsible for payment of any of these or other fees which may be charged upon delivery.
What is your return policy?
I ensure all art is packaged properly so that it arrives safely and intact. Before you purchase please ensure you have all your information or questions answered as I do not accept returns.
What substrates do you use?
For my acrylic paintings I use a heavy watercolour or acrylic paper, gallery wrapped canvases or cradled wood panels which are 1.5 inches in depth with sides painted in either Paynes Grey or a dark colour matching the piece of artwork. For some pieces on the wood panels I stain the sides is a warm rich colour.
What paint supplies do you use?
All supplies I use are of professional artist quality whether it is my acrylic paints, alcohol inks or soft pastels.
